If you’ve always been curious about scuba diving but weren’t quite sure how to get started, now’s the perfect opportunity to give it a go — right here in Rugby!
Rugby Divers, your local sub-aqua club, hosts Try Dives on the third Tuesday evening of every month at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Sports Centre.
Whether you’re thinking ahead to an upcoming holiday, looking to try something completely new, or finally ready to tick diving off your bucket list, a Try Dive is the ideal first step.
Open to almost anyone aged 14 and over, each session includes:
A friendly introduction to scuba diving equipment and basic skills with a qualified BSAC instructor
Followed by an exciting 1-hour pool dive to experience the thrill of breathing underwater
And if you enjoy your Try Dive — which we think you will — you can continue your journey with us by enrolling on the BSAC Ocean Diver course. This internationally recognised qualification is your gateway to exploring incredible dive sites across the UK and around the world.

If you really enjoy your try dive and want to continue learning about diving and experience more we will discuss how you become a member of our club and what you will need to do to become an Ocean Diver.
